SUMMARY
As the marketing program specialist, you will be responsible for managing the creation and execution of corporate marketing communications activities targeting a variety of customers and prospects including engineers and designers in industries ranging from machinery and metalworking to plastics and consumer goods. The successful candidate will have experience creating and implementing high quality marketing programs, with an emphasis on project management and overseeing external creative services vendors/agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing and coordinating the development of a wide range of communication tools including: advertising, collateral, white papers, sales documents, case studies, and multi-media marketing communications programs
• Serving as the lead project manager on fulfillment of marketing deliverables that are on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with global sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing tools designed to build brand awareness and extend the reach of our products and services.
• Contracting and managing relationships with external marketing/creative agencies, vendors, and freelancers.
• Budgeting and tracking expenditures.
• Measuring and tracking ROI.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, journalism, graphic design, or related field
REQUIRMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years marketing communications experience within a corporate marketing or agency environment. Strong experience in the development of online, print and/or multimedia marketing materials.
• Knowledge of creative and production processes for a variety of media, such as offset printing, video development, interactive web design, etc.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical subjects in a clear and concise manner.
• History of skillfully managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Experience in software marketing highly desirable.
