Job Title: Siebel Business Analyst 555796

Location: Concord, MA

Job Description: Dassault Systemes SOLIDWORKS Corp. is seeking a Siebel Business Analyst. This person will:

Ensure quality assurance and documentation of solutions.
Analyze requirements and translate user requirements to business specifications.
Design high level solutions, write cases and test scripts.
Be involved in solution testing and regression testing.
Perform production support and write and maintain documentations.
Perform application administration, user administration and product administration including setup using product configurator.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus five years of experience or five years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Project Manager (Siebel). Will accept a Master’s plus three years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 yrs of experience. Applicant must demonstrate experience with Siebel 7.8, Siebel Call Center, Order Management, eChannel and eService functionality, Siebel application administrator and assignment manager. Experience with running SQL queries, project planning and status reviews. Siebel 7.7 Business Analyst Certification required.
