Integrating Next Generation Technology: Topology Optimization

Part 3 of the Designer to Analyst Process Series covering Next Generation Technology focuses on solving an engineering challenge and showcases how a napkin sketch idea is transformed to an optimal design using the Topology Optimization tool in SOLIDWORKS Simulation. The video also illustrates how to factor in design constraints as well as manufacturing constraints in Topology Optimization. The optimal design is then put through a strength test to compare the strength differences between the original design and the final design.
